Telehealth is transforming how Americans get care - weight management, menopause support, anti-aging medicine - and it's growing at extraordinary speed: a $42 billion US market in 2024, projected to more than triple by 2030. One in eight American adults is already taking a GLP-1 medication. But that growth has flowed to faceless online brands, while med spas, who actually own the client relationships, have been locked out: building a telehealth operation means licensing, clinicians, pharmacy logistics, and compliance. Meanwhile, 4 in 10 med spas still offer no medical weight-loss program at all, and their clients buy it elsewhere.
SPA Healthcare unlocks it. We built the complete operation - affiliated physician groups, pharmacy fulfillment, patient support - and we wholesale it to med spas as their own branded clinic on their own storefront. The spa is the seller of record and keeps the margin; we run everything behind the scenes, collect the payment as billing agent, and route patients back to the spa whenever they need in-person care.

Nick Grissom · Founder & CEO
Nick has spent years in telehealth, building his own companies and scaling others. He owns and operates his own telehealth business and has helped launch and grow more than 20 brands, with his average client reaching $1M+ per week in revenue. At SPA Healthcare he leads a team of experienced telehealth professionals with a single goal: putting a complete medical clinic behind every med spa brand in America. Nick lives in Los Angeles and loves visiting the open days of new med spas across the state.
