Prescription medications are only provided following a consultation with a licensed healthcare provider, where clinically appropriate. The med spa is the seller of record and sets its own retail price; SPA Healthcare supplies the program at a fixed wholesale rate and acts as billing agent. There is no per-patient or per-referral payment to the med spa.
