SPA Healthcare

Compare

In-house, white-label, or us?

Three ways a spa can offer medical weight loss. Here is the honest comparison, including where each one genuinely wins.

What are the options for a spa to offer medical weight loss?

There are three. Build it in-house by hiring a prescriber and carrying the compliance load. License a white-label platform and remain the operator yourself. Or partner with SPA Healthcare, where you are the seller of record and set your own price while an independent clinician prescribes and we run the operation. Only the third has no setup cost, no fixed monthly cost and no clinical risk for the spa.

Build it in-house

Best for: Large groups with an existing clinical arm and a compliance budget.

You hire a medical director, providers, software and compliance counsel, you carry the regulatory exposure, and you keep 100% of the revenue on paper. In practice the overhead and your own time come out of that number first.

Use a white-label platform

Best for: Operators who want the software and are happy to run the operation themselves.

You license a platform and you are still the operator: your staff, your subscriptions, your regulatory role. The platform fee comes off the top whether or not anyone buys this month.

Partner with SPA Healthcare

Best for: Med spas that want the margin without operating a clinic.

You are the seller of record and set your own retail price. We run the clinical operation, the pharmacy, support and billing, and charge $50 per treatment per month. Nothing to hire, nothing to license, no clinical risk.

Is it cheaper to run it in-house?

Rarely, once the full cost is counted. Keeping 100% of the revenue looks better than a margin until you subtract clinician cost, medication, software, support staff, compliance counsel and the value of your own time. In-house also means you carry the regulatory exposure yourself.

It does make sense for larger groups that already have a clinical arm and a compliance budget. If that is you, and the program is genuinely profitable, keep it. We will say so on the call.

What does SPA Healthcare charge?

$50 per treatment, per month. Identical for every partner in every program, and it does not change with your volume. Medication and fulfilment are billed at cost. No setup fee, no software licence, no minimum, and nothing to pay in a month where nobody buys.

Who is the seller of record?

You are. You buy the program at your quoted cost, set your own retail price and keep the margin. No money changes hands for sending business in either direction, which is exactly what keeps the structure clean.

The short version

You keep the brand, the price and the client. We keep the clinicians, the pharmacy, the support desk and the billing. The only fee is $50 per treatment, per month.
